Fallout 3 Localizator v1.58 by Yesname 2009
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Fallout 3 Localizator helps people to translate Fallout 3 plugin files. Works with a dictionary to collect and store entries. You can localize any plugin fully automated. Do not need to use ESM editor or other tools.

At first start you have to build the main dictionary file. Select two master or plugin files to build it.
Select source language version of the master file in the "UK Fallout3.esm" dropdown list, select destination language version of a master or plugin file in the "Localized ESM/ESP" dropdown list and choose your codepage, then click on Build Main Dictionary button.
For example to localize an UK plugin to Hungarian select UK version Fallout3.esm file in "UK Fallout3.esm" dropdown list, Fallout3_HU.esp in "Localized ESM/ESP" dropdown list and Central European codepage. Building main dictionary takes time, so be patient.

Warning!
You must use the same codepage to translate texts! You can change it, but to work with it you need to rebuild main dictionary and correct the corrupted characters in plugin dictionary (if it present) because of incompatibility.
Choose the right codepage before start translating! (Tool uses the codepage that stored in main dictionary.)

You are ready to work after the main dictionary is built.
In the left pane check the plugins which you want to localize, then click on the Localize Plugins button.
The selected plugins will be checked. If the main or plugin dictionary contains any localizable text from the selected plugins, it will be changed to the localized version. Texts which are not found in dictionaries will be added to the
plugin dictionary. (Main dictionary never changes.)

You can edit the plugin dictionary when click on Edit Plugin Dictionary button. The dictionary editor opens.
In the context menu of treeview you can check which records you want to edit.
Top entry list you can check an entry to skip (Skip) localizing and/or assing to its FormID (ATF). These entris will not used in records with different FormID.
If there more entries with same original text (for example one is assigned) and only one of them is checked to skip, the other entries remain active.
Check plugins in the right list if you want to assign an entry to particular plugins. These entries will be localized only in the checked plugins.
Treeview shows FormIDs by record types. There you can select the FromID to list texts belonging to it and below the list type the translated text. Listed FormIDs can be filtered by checking plugins in tree view list on left side. It lists all plugin from which entries have been collected to the plugin dictionary.

The entry automatically stored if it has been changed and plugin dictionary automatically saved after localizing or on exit.
You can search through dictionaries if you select word(s) in the original text box. Context menu of the opened find result window you can switch between main and plugin dictionary to see which entries contains the searched word(s). Double click on an entry to copy its localized text to text editor and close find window.

Localizator asks you saving changed plugins on exit. It makes a backup copy of the originals appending ".original" to its filenames. If this file is present, the localizator use it to localizing. So you do not need to restore the original file if you want to relocalize for example because you changed some text. Avoid to localize any localized plugin!

You can use the following keys:
ESC - Retrieve original localized text or close find window
Ctrl + Left/Right - Change selected FormID
Ctrl + Up/Down - Change selected entry
Ctrl + T - Copy original text to text editor
Ctrl + D - Copy localized text from main dictionary by FormID if exists to text editor. Press again to cycle through different texts. Maybe the copied text is not the right translation, because the right text stored with different FormID or something else!
Ctrl + S - Save Plugin Dictionary
Ctrl + W - Close current window
Ctrl + Q - Quit

Background color codes in treeview:
Gray - Assigned to FormID
